Please read these guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience at our resort.
Event Execution Guidelines
Venue Usage
- Designated event spaces (banquet hall, outdoor lawns) must be used for all celebrations.
- No private functions in restaurant, reception area, swimming pool, guest lounges, and other common areas.
- The client is responsible for any damage to the property.
Noise & Music Control
- Light music is permitted only within the event area and must comply with resort noise policies.
- As per forest guidelines, outdoor music must end by 10:30 PM to maintain the jungle ambiance.
Common Areas & Resort Facilities
- Pool, gardens, and lounge areas are for all guests; no private blocking allowed.
- Fire pits and bonfire areas can be used with prior reservation and under resort supervision.
- Kids’ play area and nature trails to remain accessible to all in-house guests.
Food & Beverage Service
Buffet Setup
- Dedicated dining areas for the event, separate from in-house guest meals.
- No exclusive blocking of the main restaurant unless booked in advance.
- As per government guidelines, restaurant service must end by 10:30 PM.
- Breakfast: 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 01:00 PM – 03:00 PM
- Dinner: 08:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Taxes
GST / Other Tax payable extra, as applicable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
Group Bookings (5 or more rooms)
- For group bookings, cancellations must be made 15 days in advance to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Modification of Bookings
- Booking dates can be modified once without any charges if requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
- Date changes are subject to availability and current rates.
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may offer alternative solutions or credit for future stays at our discretion.
